· Avoid perfumes, self-tanning products, or other harsh chemicals for 3-5 days after the treatment
· Avoid strenuous activities, saunas, and swimming for 3-5 days after the treatment
· Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily to protect your skin
