Excellent! Facilities are top notch, staff are so friendly and everytime I leave feeling so refreshed no matter if it's after a hydrafacial, red light therapy, infrared sauna or full body cryotherapy. Absolutely 5 stars!

Had an excellent experience! I was warmly welcomed at the entrance and given a tour of the various treatments offered. The facility included a changing room with lockers for convenience. I opted for the 2.5-minute cryo treatment, which was fantastic. The place was impeccably clean, and I enjoyed a delicious cup of tea afterward. I’ll definitely be returning!

Very well equipped place with all Morden machines for therapy. I had a tennis elbow and carpel tunnel syndrome injury. The therapist was amazing guy help me to understand more about my injury and recovery process. It was worth visiting this place and I’ll recommend 10/10 for this place. It’s definitely one of the best place in Hong Kong for therapy I’m looking forward to visiting this again.. thank you CRYO team and i would like to thank Ms Sabina Karki staff for recommending this place for me..👍

I have enjoyed the Compression Therapy and Muscle Toning. The staffs were very friendly and professional. They are willing to answer any questions you have. I feel more relieved after the treatments. It was great to have their signature tea before leaving.👍
